If you have any questions about an order you have placed, here is some useful information:
1. Shipping times
As a general rule, we ship your order within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends). However, during periods of high demand, shipping is done as our stock is replenished. In this case, we cannot provide you with an exact shipping date, but rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
If your order includes products that are out of stock (awaiting restocking from our supplier), the initial 1 to 4 business day shipping time may be extended. If your order has not been shipped after 12 business days, please contact us for more information.
2. Delivery times
After shipment, delivery times average 8-15 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. We accept no responsibility for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order tracking
Tracking information is available after shipment in the “orders” section of your customer account, which you can view here. Once in this section, select the relevant order and click on the “tracking link” on the right.
If you have not yet set up your customer account after placing your order, you can retrieve your password by clicking on “forgotten password” here.
If you do not receive our emails, please check your spam folder. If you find our messages there, please mark them as “not spam” so that you can receive updates on your order.
